Dbdaje's Terms & Conditions – Complete & Transparent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dbdaje platform and all its services. dbdaje is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries.

As part of the account verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) process, dbdaje may request the following information at any time:

• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. dbdaje follows a strict anti-money laundering policy and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

• Minimum deposit amounts and limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

• Placing opposing bets on the same event from the same account or linked accounts is prohibited.

Dbdaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and wagering requirements.

• To claim a bonus, you generally need to meet a minimum deposit requirement within a specified timeframe.
• Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is not permitted. Using a VPN or proxy to claim bonuses will result in account termination.
• Dbdaje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account and any associated funds may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbdaje and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information
• Using bots, automation software, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the system
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to deceive other members
• Using dbdaje's brand, logo, or trademarks without authorisation

You may close your account at any time by contacting dbdaje. Before closing, we recommend ensuring all pending bets have been settled and any verified balance has been withdrawn.

Dbdaje may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failed KYC Verification or Submission of False Information
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• Security risks or suspicious activity

• Dbdaje allows users to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error

In no event shall dbdaje's total liability exceed the original transaction amount in question.
